Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the StayCraft platform operated by StayCraft ("StayCraft", "we", "us"). By using the platform — as a Homestay owner or as a guest of a Homestay's site — you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

StayCraft provides websites and direct-booking tools to homestays and similar properties. Each Homestay is responsible for the content, rates, availability and fulfilment of stays on its own site.

2. Bookings are between guest and Homestay

A booking or enquiry made through a Homestay's site is a matter between the guest and that Homestay. StayCraft is not a party to it, does not own or operate the properties, and is not responsible for the stay, its quality, or any dispute arising from it.

3. Payments

StayCraft does not process guest payments and charges guests no commission. Guests pay the Homestay directly (for example by UPI). Homestay subscriptions to StayCraft are billed separately; applicable taxes (including GST) are the responsibility of the party required by law to charge or pay them.

4. Homestay accounts

• You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must have the rights to any content, images and information you publish.
• You must keep your listing accurate and honour bookings you accept.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, publish misleading or fraudulent content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Content

Homestays retain ownership of the content they publish and grant StayCraft the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service. Reviews must reflect genuine guest experiences.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, StayCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or content of any Homestay or guest.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment of a subscription.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.
